ZK Pool (Core Layer)

The ZK Pool is the core execution and privacy layer of ZKGate. Every project onboarded to ZKGate is assigned one or more pools, which act as isolated privacy domains and liquidity containers.

Each pool manages:

• a private state tree

• user commitments and nullifiers

• liquidity balances and positions

• the set of allowed actions (swap, transfer, stake, etc.)

Think of a ZK Pool as a mini-rollup with its own rules, but fully secured and proven by the ZKGate L2.
